We Believe:
WE BELIEVE in the fundamentals of the Bible relative to Salvation, Sanctification and Glorification. We feel that in-depth study and research of deeper truths should be considered electives, and liberty should be granted to all the Saints to examine them. The basic foundation of the Christian Faith is contained in these Articles.
WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the ONLY divinely inspired, written revelation of God, and is the final authority on all matters of faith and behavior.
WE BELIEVE in the Eternal God-head who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father; Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible (Matthew 28:19; II Corinthians 13-14) We believe that God, was manifest in the flesh for 33 & 1/2 years and called Jesus of Nazareth.WE BELIEVE in the eternal preexistence of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, ascension, abiding intercession, and in His Second Coming in manifestation of glory when He will resurrect and glorify the sainted dead.
WE BELIEVE in eternal salvation for utterly ruined sinners as a free gift bestowed by the sovereign grace through faith alone in the blood atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ. By grace we are saved through faith, and that faith is imparted by the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 2:8.
WE BELIEVE in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord for believers, and in observance of the Lords Supper for the elect.
WE BELIEVE in holiness of life and in separation from all worldliness and evil, and in the nine fruits of the Spirit. The grace of God in the lives of believers will enable them to obey the commandments, statutes, and judgments as codified by Moses, amplified by our Lord Jesus Christ, and confirmed by the lives of the early Church.
WE BELIEVE in the gift of the Holy Spirit which is received at the point of repentance, faith and confession of Christ as Savior and Lord, and the spiritual manifestations that He bestows.
We also believe in the five-fold ministries of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers; and that these ministries all have their proper place in any and all God-ordained local assemblies.
WE BELIEVE that the self-governing local church is the only religious organization upon earth with Biblical warrant, and in its support by tithes and freewill offerings.
WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of the wicked dead at the Day of Judgment, and in everlasting punishment in the lake of fire. We also believe in the new heavens and the new earth as the Saints eternal abode.
